Missing or Stolen Packages:
- We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages once tracking information shows delivered. In the instance of something happening, we will try our best to help you locate your package.
- If your package is missing or stolen we are not responsible. We will open a USPS claim to help you find an answer or resolve the situation.
- There are no refunds on orders. Unless a USPS claim has been filed as closed/resolved. Then a refund will be provided on the subtotal of purchase, shipping cost will not be refunded.
Incorrect Shipping Address
- We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly, lost or RETURNED TO SENDER due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages CONFIRMED DELIVERED by USPS to the address provided, after they leave our warehouse.
- A new shipping label must be paid for us to re-ship to the correct address. *Price will be determined by the shipping provider.
- Please triple check your address to avoid disruptions in receiving your Enchilamelos order.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active/update. If you receive your confirmation email after 2 PM PST on a Friday, please allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available.
