Shipping Policy


Missing or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages once tracking information shows delivered. In the instance of something happening, we will try our best to help you locate your package.

USPS Claim

  • If your package is missing or stolen we are not responsible. We will open a USPS claim to help you find an answer or resolve the situation.

Refunds

  • There are no refunds on orders. Unless a USPS claim has been filed as closed/resolved. Then a refund will be provided on the subtotal of purchase, shipping cost will not be refunded.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly, lost or RETURNED TO SENDER due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages CONFIRMED DELIVERED by USPS to the address provided, after they leave our warehouse.
  • A new shipping label must be paid for us to re-ship to the correct address. *Price will be determined by the shipping provider.
  • Please triple check your address to avoid disruptions in receiving your Enchilamelos order. 

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active/update. If you receive your confirmation email after 2 PM PST on a Friday, please allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available.

Refunds on Shipping Cost

  • Shipping cost is non-refundable.
